摘要
采用新型材料Beautifil流动聚合体(日本Shofu公司)对360例患者进行窝沟封闭术,随访3年后发现Beautifil流动聚合体组在术后1、2、3年的涂膜保留率均比可见光固化组高(P<0.01),龋病患病率低于对照组(P<0.05)。Beautifil流动聚合体是一种可靠的窝沟封闭剂,值得临床推广应用。
360 patients were treated with LCBF in occlusal pit and fissure.The patients were followed up for 3 years.The remain rates（%） of LCBF sealant after 1,2 and 3 years were 93.86%,84.58% and 79.72% respectively.It was higher than that of LCFS（P〈0.01）.The incidence rates（%） of caries in LCBF treated teeth were 0,0.15% and 0.87%,and lower than that of the control（P〈0.05）.Beautifil flow can be used as pit and fissure sealant to prevent caries in clinic.
