摘要
探讨了可持续发展的概念、内涵及其实施原则，并把它与中国传统文化中的环境观点进行了比较，认为有必要树立全新的环境观念，例如：地球村居民观念、生物圈成员观念和宇航器船员观念等．
The concept and the intension and the principles of the sustainable development theory is discussed, and its thoughts with the viewpoints on environment of chinese traditional culture is analysed and contrated.Some renewed ideas about mankind ,such as the inhabitant in the earth hamlet, the member of the biosphere and the astronaut in a small spacecraft is a dvanced.
