摘要
设计了一种基于CCD激光传感器和伺服电机的轴类工件外形自动测量系统,并介绍了该系统的基本原理、运动系统和软件设计,给出了计算轴类工件外形主要参数的实用方法。该系统具有自扫描、高精度和非接触等优点,对同类项目有一定的参考价值。
Traditional detection approaches of a part diameter can not achieve greater efficiency and higher accuracy in part production. We therefore designed a CCD-laser sensor and servomotor based detection system for bearing parts outer dimensions. We present its basic principle, control system software and the practical algorithms of the dimensional parameters. Its advantages are self-scanning, high accuracy, non-contact, good stability, etc. It therefore has some reference values to some similar parts.
