摘要
通过对镰刀菌生长、产毒条件的观察,发现镰刀菌生长、产毒与环境条件关系密切:适宜温度(20℃~30℃)、湿度(40%)条件下,真菌生长旺盛,孢子数量多;碱性(pH>7.0)条件则明显抑制其生长,孢子数量也减少;无机元素对生长无影响;低温尤其是变温条件下,镰刀菌易产生T-2毒素;碱性条件可明显抑制真菌产毒;温度。
In this paper,growing and producing T 2 toxin conditions of Fusarium were studied.Major results are as follows ①Temperature:if temperature is higher,Fusarium grows exuberant,increases amount of conidia and decreases amount of T 2 toxin.On the contrary,in the condition of the lower temperature,Fusarium produces the maximal amount of T 2 toxin if temperature fluctuates.②Moisture:if moisture of corns is higher,Fusarium grows exuberant,increases amount of conidia and produces a great quantity of T 2 toxin,tron the contrary in the lower moisture.③pH value:alkalescent condition restrains growth and toxicity of Fusarium.④Elements:the contents of inorganic elements don't affect growth of Fusarium.⑤Above mentioned factorsexist interaction:if temperature is higher,moisture is higher and pH value is acidulous,Fusarium grows exuberant,and produces a great quantity of conidia.If these factors go in the opposite direction,Fusarium grows slow and produces a small amount of conidia.The optimum conditions of Fusarium producing T 2 toxin are the lower temperature,higher moisture and acidulous environment.The results were discussed.
