摘要
介绍了新白马公司1#溜井在起用较短时间后就出现高位堵塞情况,通过对发生高位堵塞的类型的判断,对造成高位堵塞的原因进行了详细研究,同时制订了溜井高位堵塞的多种疏通处理方案,并加以实施最终将堵塞处贯通,总结分析露天矿山溜井在设计施工建设阶段和生产使用过程中的注意事项,以及如何避免发生溜井高位堵塞和溜井高位堵塞时的疏通处理方法。
This paper introduces the high-level blockage emergence in a short time in Xinbaima 1^# chute. By judging the type of high-level blockage, the causes for the blockage are elaborated and some dredge disposals are given. Then these disposals are implemented to eventually dredge the blockage. And some attention that should be paid in design and construction of open-pit mine chute and in production are analyzed,and how to prevent the high-level blockage and to dredge the blockage for mine chute are summarized.
