基于温补晶振的高稳定度超低频矩形波发生器

摘要 针对井地电位测量系统发送机研制过程中的需求,提出一种以AT89S51单片机为核心的高稳定度超低频矩形波发生器。在硬件上采用温度补偿晶振,保证输出信号频率在较宽的温度范围内的稳定性;在软件上采用C语言和汇编语言混合编程的方法,保证低频信号输出的精确性。 A rectangle wave generator circuit based on single chip AT89S51 is introduced according to the necessity of borehole to surface electrical survey system transmitter. It can output high stability and uhralow frequency rectangle wave. It uses Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) in hardware,to ensure stability of the output's frequency from low temperature to high. And it adopts mixed - programming by mixing compilation of C and assemble language, to ensure the accuracy of low frequency output.
