摘要 通过从员工敬业度的内涵、结构维度、影响因素、形成理论等方面进行了探讨,提出了需要进一步研究的问题。 This paper analyzes the concept's definition, structure dimensions, influencing factor, its formation, and etc. And then it puts out some problems in the next.
