摘要
采用改进的液相共沉淀法制备了Fe3O4磁颗粒,通过扫描电镜对材料的粒径及表面形貌进行分析,结果表明所得磁颗粒的粒径分布较均匀,平均粒径约为10nm。以所制备的Fe3O4纳米磁颗粒为吸附材料分离富集水中的细菌,体系的pH值在5.5~6.0之间时,对细菌的吸附率达到85%以上,可望应用于环境样品中细菌的非特异性吸附分离和富集。
Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were synthesized by improved liquid-phase coprecipitation method,then the diameter and morphology of the particles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the even diameter of the particles was about 10 nm and the particle size distribution was even.The Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were used as adsorption materials to separate and concentrate the bacteria from water samples.The adsorption rate could reach above 85% at the pH value of 5.5-6.0. These lab-made Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles might be applied in non-specific separation and enrichment of bacteria from environment samples.
