摘要
教师的教学能力是教师专业能力的集中体现,它对教学质量的高低和效果的好坏有着重要影响,高师语文教学论肩负着为中小学培养语文教师的重任,其理论的科学性、前瞻性和教学技能、教学实践的有效性直接影响着教师的素质,语文教学论基础理论课程,应吸收学科理论研究新成果,引领和促进教师的专业发展。
Teaching ability of teachers is a concentrated expression of professional competence of teachers. It has an important influence on teaching quality and effectiveness. Chinese pedagogy has an important task to train Chinese teachers for primary and secondary school. Its theory's seientification and forward looking, the effectiveness of teaching ability and practice has a direct impact on the quality of teachers and Chinese pedagogy basic theory curriculum . It can also absorb the new results, lead and promote the professional development of teachers.
