摘要
聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)是一种天然的可降解高分子生物材料,可应用于生物医用和生物可降解包装材料方面。目前,生物合成PHA的研究进展和产业化趋势集中在两个方面:一是进一步降低生产成本,实现生物可降解塑料的大规模生产;另一个就是改善生物可降解塑料的性质,提高生物可降解塑料的应用范围。本文主要针对性质改造方面的研究进展和趋势进行讨论。
Polyhydroxyalkanoates （PHAs） is a kind of natural polyester produced by micro-organisms. It can be applied in many areas including biomedical materials and packaging. In this review, we will briefly discuss the recent development of PHA. We will focus on the production cost and the properties of the PHAs.
