Onyx胶栓塞颅内动静脉畸形25例的临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 Onyx胶是一种非黏附性的液体栓塞剂，它具有良好的可控性、较强的组织渗透性、非黏附性以及较好的弥散性等特点。术者长时间持续缓慢注射Onyx胶，使其在畸形血管团内充分弥散，达到尽可能完全栓塞畸形血管团的目的，显著提高了栓塞的安全性。我们利用Onyx胶对颅内动静脉畸形（arteriovenous malformation，AVM）进行栓塞并取得了良好疗效。现报道如下。
