摘要
在简单介绍监测刀具状态的重要性的基础上,文章从理论上推导了主轴电流与刀具磨损量之间的关系式。设计检测电流信号的测试系统,通过实验得到了主轴电流及对应的刀具磨损量数据,利用最小二乘法拟合得到了二者之间的线性关系式。通过剩余标准差计算,检验了该公式的精确度。
After a brief introduction the importance of tool condition monitoring, the paper derived the relationship between the spindle current and tool wear theoretically .The design of the test current signal detection system, through experiments by the main current and the corresponding tool wear data, using least squares fitting by the linear relationship between the two type. Through the remainder of the standard deviation calculation, test the accuracy of the formula.
