摘要
陕北是西北旱作农业生产的集中区域,也是我国"三农"问题较为集中和尖锐的地区,其整体农村人居环境现状不容乐观。从人居环境学科视角出发,以其中存在的关键问题为切入点,通过系统分析该地区人居环境发展演变的规律与趋势,指出无论是过去还是将来旱作农业生产都对陕北农村人居环境的发展格局、进程具有重大的影响力。人居环境建设应当从农村社会发展系统高度出发,将物质实体的建设自觉与农业生产、村落发展紧密结合,构建符合自身发展条件的适宜性模式,从而促进农村生产、生活与人居环境建设的和谐统一。并在此基础上对人居环境建设提出了若干相应的可行性对策,为今后该地区新农村研究工作提供了一定的借鉴意义。
Dry farming region of Northern Shaanxi is a concentration area of dry farming region in northwest China. It is also a concentration and tough area for Three Rural Issues with a poor condition of rural human settlement. Based on the theory of human settlements, this article takes the key problems as breaking point, and it analyzes the law and tendency of evolution of human settlements of this area. It shows that dry farming have influenced the development pattern and the process of rural human settlements in northern Shaanxi Province a lot, and the influence will go on in the future. Human settlements construction should be based on the rural social developing system, with the combination of construction of material entity and agricultural production and village＇s development. Then we can construct a suitable mode which matches our own condition to promote the harmonious unity between agricultural production and life and construction of human settlements. Based on the above, the article points out several feasible countermeasures to human settlements construction, and gives reference meaning for research works in the future.
