摘要
开放存取运动的兴起已经给我国高校图书馆信息资源建设带来了深刻影响。本文针对高校图书馆数字资源现状,提出了提高对开放存取的认知,对开放存取资源进行整合,构建本校特色开放资源库和实行开放资源共建共享等发展策略。
The open access movement has brought a profound impact on building information resources of university library in our country. According to the status of building digital resources in university libraries, this paper proposed development strategies on raising the awareness of open access, integrating the open access resources, building open resources with university char- acteristics and co- building and sharing the open resources.
