摘要流程管理的顺利开展需要建立与之匹配的新型绩效评价系统。以流动资金为主线对制造企业的业务流程进行了分析,在此基础之上从指标性质和评价范围两个方面探讨了流程绩效评价系统的设计思路,从所有者、顾客、管理者、员工、债权人等主要利益相关者的角度出发,开发出了一套典型的用于流程绩效评价的流动资金指标,对流程绩效评价指标进行了集成,给出了流程绩效的综合评价方法。 To perform process management successfully new Performance Measurement System （PMS） should be introduced. Firstly, the business process of manufacturing enterprises was analyzed based on current capital. Then the way of designing process PMS was discussed from index characteristics and measurement angles. Afterwards, from the perspectives of main stakeholders such as owners, customers, managers, employees and creditors, a set of typical current capital indices used for process performance measurement were developed. Finally, the process Performance Measurement Indices （ PMI ） was integrated, and the way measuring process performance comprehensively was illuminated.
