摘要
目的:评估维和医疗队干部在集训和整个维和任务期间的心理状况和心理变化规律,探讨解决心理问题的办法。方法:应用SCL-90测查评估,并进行个体心理咨询、心理教育和心理治疗。结果:干部心理状况普遍好于中国常模和军人常模,维和任务区的性质对干部心理影响较大,针对性的心理咨询和治疗效果显著。结论:维和干部的选拔和心理素质的培养是完成维和任务的基础,及时有效的心理支持是提高干部战斗力的保障。
Objective： To assess psychological and mental status changes in medical cadres in peaeekeeping missions during the peacekeeping period to screen for the method of solving psychological problem. Methods： SCL- 90 was used for assessment, individual psychological counseling, mental training, psychological education and psychological treatment. Results： The mental state of cadres was generally better than the Chinese norm and the Military norm. The property of the task district obviously impacted the cadres on psychology. After psychological corroding and treatment, there was significantly effects. Discussions： The selection and training of mental quality in peacekeeping cadre is the basis for completing peaeekeeping missions. Ttmely and effective psychological support is sure to improve the combat effectiveness in cadres.
