摘要
                
                    以硫代二甘醇和硬脂酸为原料,选用对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,二甲苯为带水剂,合成了新型抗氧剂硫代二甘醇二硬脂酸酯。通过正交实验得到最佳工艺条件为:反应温度160~170℃、醇酸摩尔比为2:1、催化剂用量为反应原料总质量1.0%、带水剂用量为15mL,在此工艺条件下硫代二甘醇二硬脂酸酯的产率可达94.2%。用红外光谱和质谱对产品结构进行了表征。将该产品应用于聚丙烯中,熔体流动速率、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度测试结果表明其具有良好的抗氧作用。
                
                A new antioxidant dithiodinglycol distearictate was synthesized starting from thiodiglycol and stearic acid using p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst and xylene as water carrier. Optimized reaction conditions were obtained through orthogonal test as: reaction temperature of 160--170℃, mass ratio of catalyst to reactants of 1.0%, molar ratio of alcohol to acid of 2 :1 and the water entraine xylene of 15mL. Under these conditions, the yield of dithiodinglycol distearictate was up to 94.2%. The product was identified by IR and MS, and its antioxidation properties used in polypropylene resin were studied. The antioxidant was proved to present excellent performance by the tests of melt flow rate (MFR), tensile strength and elongation when used in PP.
