摘要
以纳米SiO2粉末为主要原料,添加红外遮光剂和无碱超细玻璃纤维,采用干压法成型成功制备了密度小、导热系数低的SiO2纳米多孔绝热材料。为改善高温条件下的绝热性能,重点研究了红外遮光剂的选取及其影响。结果表明:以SiC作为红外遮光剂的SiO2纳米多孔绝热材料可有效降低高温下的红外热辐射。
Silica nanoporous thermal insulation materials with low density and low thermal conductivity were prepared from silica nanopowders,infrared opacifier and ultra-fine alkali-free glass fiber through drying process method.To improve the thermal insulation property at high temperature,the selection and affection of infrared opacifier were investigated.The results indicate that the infrared radiation of the silica nanoporous thermal insulation materials has been improved by doping with SiC.
