摘要
介绍了云南铜业股份有限公司发展循环经济的做法和取得的进展。通过从澳大利亚引进艾萨炉熔炼技术使主流程实现了节能降耗;通过烟尘、阳极泥和废水处理系统的建设,大大提高了资源的综合利用效率;通过废杂铜、铜炉渣和尾气的回收和再利用,实现了废弃物的资源化。初步建立了冶炼企业的循环经济体系。
In this paper, the practice and progress of developing circular economy in Yunnan Copper Co. Ltd. is introduced. Energy saving and reducing consumption is achieved by adopting ISA copper smelting process from Australia. Through the building of treatment systems of smoke and dust, anode slime and wastewater, the comprehensive utilization efficiency of resources is enhanced grc.atly; though the retrieving and re-use of scrap copper, copper slag and exhaust gas, these waste become resources. As a result, a primary circular economy system of metallurgical enterprise, is established.
