摘要
和谐社会思想要求我国现行刑事政策理念发生转变。和谐社会视野下的刑事政策应当定位于以人为本,以谦抑化、轻缓化、社会化为价值取向。
China＇s ideological concept of criminal policy is required to change to meet the requirements of building a harmonious society. The target should be that the criminal policy is human-oriented, modesty-oriented, moderated and socialized.
