摘要
目的:探讨颞骨的多层螺旋CT检查技术及临床应用价值。方法:对42例正常及56例异常颞骨行HRCT扫描,把扫描获得的容积数据行三维重建,包括多方位重组技术(MPR)、最大及最小密度投影法(MIP、MinIP)、仿真内镜法(VE)、容积再现法(VR)、表面阴影成像法(SSD)。结果:各种三维重建技术都可以从不同方面对颞骨结构进行显示。结论:HRCT和MPR技术是颞骨多螺旋扫描中最常用、最重要的检查方法,其他重建方式是对它们多层次、多角度的重要补充。
Objective: To explore the temporal bone of the multi-slice spiral CT examination techniques and clinical value. Methods: 42 cases of normal and 56 cases of abnormal temporal bone were performed HRCT scan, and the volume data obtained by scan were performed three-dimensional reconstruction, including the multi-directional reformation (MPR), the largest and minimum intensity projection (MIP, MinlP), virtual endoscopy law (VE), volume rendering (VR), shaded surface imaging(SSD). Results: The various three-dimensional reconstruction techniques could show the structure of the temporal bone from different aspects. Conclusion: HRCT and MPR technology are the most commonly used and most important examination techniques, and other redevelopments are the multi-level perspective of an important supplement.
