摘要
针对冷却塔的冷却性能在很大程度上受外界侧风的影响,研究了冷却塔采用进风优化技术后冷却性能的变化。对某电厂300MW机组现场运行数据进行分析,对采用进风优化技术的冷却塔和未采用该技术的冷却塔的运行性能数据进行比较:在进风口安装导风板可削弱外界侧风的不利影响,均匀塔内通风,改善冷却塔的冷却性能。提出以温度变化相对量作为衡量和评价冷却塔在侧风下冷却性能新的技术指标,该指标也可应用于其他自然通风湿式冷却塔。
The cross-wind has a distinct influence on thermal performance of cooling towers. Air deflectors are installed around the air inlet circumference of the tower to improve the efficiency. The thermal performance of natural draft wet cooling towers of 300 MW units in a power plant is analyzed. Engineering modification is made in one tower in order to improve the cooling efficiency. The operation data of the tower are investigated and compared with that of another similar tower which is not modified. The results show that the air deflectors installed around the tower inlet can reduce the adverse effect of cross-wind, improve the flow uniformity of the inlet air and finally improve the cooling performance of the tower. In addition, a new index named the relative variation of water temperature difference is presented to evaluate and rate the performance of cooling towers subjected to cross-wind. The evaluation method is also applicable for other natural draft wet cooling towers.
