摘要
采用盆栽方法,测定了狼尾草(Pennisetum alopecuroides)对2,4-D丁脂、草甘磷和精奎禾灵的耐受性.结果表明,3种除草剂对狼尾草的生长速度和分蘖均有不同程度的影响,其中以2,4-D丁脂的影响最小,草甘磷的影响最大,并且随着除草剂用量的增加,其对狼尾草生长速度的抑制越明显;3种除草剂对狼尾草的药害程度不同,其中以草甘磷的药害最严重,精奎禾灵次之,2,4-D丁脂最小;草甘磷最早对狼尾草分蘖产生抑制,精奎禾灵在低剂量下处理后12 d狼尾草才停止产生分蘖,除草剂剂量越大对分蘖的抑制越早.
The tolerance of potted Pennisetum alopecuroides to three common herbicides (2,4-D butylate, glyphosate and quizalofop-p-ethyl) was studied. The results showed that among the three herbicides, 2,4-D butylate had the smallest effects on growth rate and tillering of the grass, and glyphosate had the largest effects. The higher concentration of the herbicide was, the more obvious the effect was; The herbicides damaged P. alopecuroides differently, with most serious herbicide damage by glyphosate, middle damage by quizalofop-p-ethyl, and smallest by with 2,4-D butylate; Glyphosate signifcantly inhibitted tillering of P. alopecuroides . The tillering of the grass stopped after 12 days of using quizalofop-p-ethyl with low concentration. The higher the concentration of herbicides was, the earlier tillering inhibibitted was.
