摘要
传感器是信息获取系统的首要部件,是现代信息技术的源头。从市场需求出发,针对仪器制造具有高技术、多用户、多品种和小批量的特点,提出和完成了开放性集成化的现代仪器柔性研发平台的初步构建。根据共性关键技术的特点,构建了相应的传感器数据库。介绍了信号调理电路数据库的构建,并对LTC6915精密的增益可编程放大器进行了分析。结果表明,通过现代仪器制造柔性研发平台,能提升新型仪器产品研发的技术水平、缩短开发周期、降低开发成本,从而提高了仪器制造企业适应市场的快速动态反应能力。
Sensors are the most important components for information acquiring system and the sources of modem information technology. According to market demands, in view of the features of instrument manufacture including high tech, multi-customers large variety and small amount, an open integrated flexible development platform for modem instrument manufacture is proposed and built preliminarily. Based on the overall characteristic of key technique, a corresponding sensor database is built. The building of database for signal conditioning is introduced, and the precision gain-programmable amplifier LTC6915 is analyzed. The result indicates that the integrated flexible development platform for modern instrument manufacture can increase the technical level, shorten the developing period, reduce the developing cost for new instrument and increase the rapid dynamic reaction capacity for market.
