摘要
提出了小规格异形材料的原位统计分布分析表征新方法,以激光剥蚀-电感耦合等离子体质谱所得到的与球扁钢样品原始位置相对应的数以万计定量信息系统解析为基础,获得了样品各成分的定量统计分布信息,反映了该样品各组分的位置分布、统计偏析度、最大偏析度及其与材料质量间的相关性。所建立的新方法具有原始性、原位性及统计性的特点,可作为小规格异形钢铁材料研究及质量的判据。
A new method for characterizing the original statistic distribution in mini-sized, irregularshaped materials was developed. Based on ten thousands of the quantitative data by laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, the quantitative and statistical information corresponding to the original positions in flat-bulb steel has been obtained. The information reflects the correlation of the position distribution, the degree of statistic segregation, maximum degree of segregation for each element with the quality of the materials. The presented method hereby has the advantages of originality and statistics. It can be used as a new criterion for the quality of mini-sized, irregular-shaped metallurgical materials.
