摘要
利用中药治疗心血管疾病是目前较为有效的方法。本文系统总结了中药皂苷在治疗高血压、高血脂、血栓、心肌缺血和心律失常等方面的研究进展,对研究开发防治心血管疾病的先导化合物及中药制剂具有重要的理论意义。
It is a very effective method in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases by traditional Chinese medicine at present.This article summarises the progress of experimental research into saponins in treating cardiovascular diseases by antihypertensive,hypolipidemic,antithrombotic,anti-myocardial ischemia and antiarrhythmic.It would have important theoretical significance for developing pilot compounds or pharmaceutics of Chinese medicine for preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases.
