六君子汤对顺铂增效减毒的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨六君子汤对化疗药物顺铂抗小鼠H22肝癌的增效减毒作用。方法无菌条件下抽取9 d生长良好的腹水为瘤源,按1∶3比例用生理盐水稀释,每鼠以0.2 ml于右侧腋窝皮下接种,24 h后随机分成荷瘤对照组、顺铂组、贞芪扶正胶囊+顺铂组、六君子汤高、中剂量+顺铂组。给药10 d,进行抑瘤率计算,脾脏、肾脏和胸腺重量、肾脏丙二醛(MDA)、脾脏一氧化氮(NO)、血清尿素氮(BUN)和免疫球蛋白等的检测。结果六君子汤可提高顺铂对小鼠肝癌H22的抑瘤率(P(0.05),对抗化疗药物所致脾脏、胸腺萎缩,血清IgG、IgM水平的下降,降低化疗小鼠肾脏MDA、脾脏NO和血清尿素氮的含量(P(0.05或P(0.01)。结论六君子汤对化疗药物顺铂抗小鼠H22肝癌具有增效减毒的作用。 Objective To observe the chemotherapy-increasing effect and toxicity-decreasing of LiujunZi decoction in H22 carcinomatous mice.Methods Taking out ascites under asepsis which grew well for 9 days as the source of carcinoma and diluting it with salt water,then injecting 0.2 m1 diluent into the subcutaneous tissue of the right axilla of mice 24 hours after injection,mice were grouped as control group,Cisplatin group,ZhenQiFuZheng capsule combined with Cisplatin groups,and LiuJunZi Decoction(high,middle dose) combined with Cisplatin groups.After 10 days treatment,the tumor inhibition rate was calculated,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in kidney,nitric oxide(NO) in spleen and the level of serum urea nitrogen(BUN) and immunoglobulin(Ig) were detected.Results LiuJunZi Decoction could elevate the tumor-supression rate of Cisplatin on H22 carcinomatous mice(P﹤0.05),antagonize the toxic and side effects of Cisplatin the atrophy of spleen and thoracic gland,the decrease of IgG and IgM.Also it could decrease MDA in kidney,NO in spleen of carcinomatous and serum BUN of mice(P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01).Conclusion LiuJunZi Decoction has the effect of increasing the effect of chemotherapy and decreasing its side-effect of Cisplatin in H22 carcinomatous mice.
