摘要
针对含硅焦化汽、柴油加氢处理周期短的问题,通过对硅沉积原理的研究,开发了大孔体积、高比表面积且容硅能力强的FHRS-1加氢捕硅剂,并将其在中国石油天然气股份有限公司抚顺石化分公司石油三厂加氢处理装置上进行了工业应用。结果表明:上游焦化装置选用低硅含量的消泡剂,控制加氢原料油硅质量分数小于1.5μg/g,加氢处理装置装填三分之一体积的FHRS-1加氢捕硅剂,可以满足装置长周期稳定运转的要求,
To extend the operating cycle of hydrotreating unit of coker naphtha and diesel containing silicon, Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals (FRIPP) has developed FHRS-1 silicon trap which features large pore volume, high specific surface area and large capacity for silicon through the research on mechanisms of silicon deposition. It has been applied on the coker naphtha and diesel hydrotreating unit in No. 3 Refinery of PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company. The commercial application demonstrated that the selection of low-silicon defoamer agent in the up-stream delayed coker, control of silicon in hydrotreater feedstock at less than 1- 5 ppm and loading of FHRS-1 silicon trap of 1/3 reactor volume can maintain a longterm stable operation of the unit.
