摘要
目的:探讨纤维喉镜下咽喉部异物检查及取出的方法、技巧。方法:回顾性分析178例咽喉部异物患者的临床资料,分析异物的种类及好发部位,异物取出的方法及围术期处理。结果:178例咽喉部异物第1次取出率为89.33%,第2次取出率为10.67%,无严重并发症。结论:纤维喉镜下查取下咽及喉部间接喉镜下难取之异物有痛苦小、操作快捷的优势。操作者的操作水平和技巧对取出术的成功至关重要。
Objective： To investigate the way and skill of fiber laryngoscope in treating patients with pharyngolaryneal foreign body（PFB）.Method： Clinical data of 178 cases were analyzed retrospectively including the kind of foreign body,predilection site,way of extraction and management as well.Result： The first extractive rate in 178 patients was 89.33%,and second rate was 10.67%,without severe complication.Conclusion： It is showed fiber laryngoscope is of little pain and simple operation.And operation skill is important for the surgery.
