摘要
土地是农业发展最基本的生产资料,土地流转对现代农业乃至农村经济的发展将产生深远的影响。在农业发展新时期,土地流转与现代农业关系密切。一方面,现代农业客观上要求加大土地流转的力度,形成规模化经营;另一方面,土地流转为现代农业的发展提供了前提条件和广阔的舞台。
Land is the most basic production material for agriculture department. Land circulation will have far-reaching influence on modem agriculture and even rural economic development .In the new stage of agricultural development, land circulation and modem agriculture are closely related. Modem agriculture requires objectively more land circulation in order to form the scale economy. On the other hand, the land circulation provides the prerequisites and the broad arena for modern agricultural development.
