摘要
我国于2004年发布实施的《石油天然气资源/储量分类》标准,是一个重要的技术文件。它不但涉及到我国油气资源/储量的分类评价及年度统计结果,而且也会涉及到在国际上,我国进行资源/储量评估与交易的成果。纵观我国制定的标准内容,确实存在着若干值得关注和改进的问题。主要对《石油天然气资源/储量分类》标准中的有关术语名称及定义、资源/储量的分类框架及在附录A中有关资源/储量的中英文名称对照等方面存在的问题,予以评论,并提出了有关的修改建议。
The standard of Classification for Petroleum Resources and Reserves published and implemented in 2004 is an important technical document. It not only involved the classified evaluation and annual statistical results for petroleum resources and reserves of China, but also internationally involved the evaluation and transaction achievements of petroleum resources and reserves carried out in China. It could be seen from our enacted standard content that the standard did exist several questions that deserves attention and improvement. The paper mainly discussed the relevant terms＇ name and the definition in the standard of Classification for Petroleum Resources and Reserves, classified framework of petroleum resources and reserves, and existed problems on the correspondence names between Chinese and English for petroleum resources and reserves in appendix A. The corresponding modification suggestions were proposed.
