摘要
方法采用索氏抽提法对左家地区生长的罗布麻进行抽提,利用分光光度法测定不同时期罗布麻叶中总黄酮的含量。结果8月份采集的罗布麻叶中总黄酮含量为最高。结论此研究可为左家地区罗布麻引种、驯化以及适时采收提供依据。
In this experiment, soxhlet extraction method was used to extract and to measure venetum leaves flavonoids in different periods.The results showed that the acquisition in August of Apocynum venetum leaves had the highest total flavonoid content.This study left room for studies of the production of total flavonoids in the practice of doing a certain degree of guidance, but also why when the harvest provides a timely basis.
