摘要
高等职业教育在层次上属于高等教育,它是我国高等教育的重要组成部分;在类型上是职业教育,有别于普通教育。高教性和职业性相融合是高职教育的特征。教育部16号2文件将高职教育人才培养目标定位为"高素质技能型人才",这更加强调了高职教育的高教性和职业性的双重属性。重庆教育学院针对前几年高职教育中单纯以能力为本位的人才培养模式,和随之而来的较为严重的职业化倾向,探索了人才培养模式的改革和创新。
Higher vocational education belongs to higher education in terms of its level and is an important component of China' s higher education and is vocational education different from elementary education. No. 16 Document from Ministry of Education of China says that the talent-cultivating of higher vocation education aims at high-quality application talents, giving an emphasis on the double attribute of higher education and vocation. Based on the ability-oriented talent-cultivating mode in recent years, together with the tendency to vocation preference, Chongqing Education College initiates reform and innovation in talent-cultivating mode.
