摘要
目的:中药药物警戒理论内涵探讨,为中药药物警戒内涵与外延的界定提供参考。方法:整理研究药物警戒及中药传统药物警戒思想,凝炼中药药物警戒的理论内涵。结果:中药药物警戒是西方药物警戒理念与中医药理论特色相结合的产物,是与中医药传统安全用药思想一脉相承的理论体系。结论:中药药物警戒理论内涵的阐释将有助于更好地在中医药理论指导下合理使用中药,有助于更好地开展中药安全性监测。
Objective：TCM（Traditional Chinese Medicine） pharmacovigilance is a new conception having characteristics of both Western pharmacovigilance and Traditional Chinese medicine.The interpretation of TCM Pharmacovigilance will contribute to the rational use of herbal medicine under the guidance of TCM theory,help to carry out better safety monitoring of Chinese herbal medicine,and make people have a more accurate understanding and evaluation of the safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
