摘要
目的探讨医院病案统计数据的重要性，加强临床病案统计数据的源头管理。方法使用医院HIS系统和广东省统计病案管理系统，对2007-01-2008—12出院缺陷首页、病房日志和相关的住院报表数据进行审核分析。结果病案首页书缺陷、病案日志的错误操作影响统计数据的准确性。结论通过不同的方法加强医务人员对病案统计数据的重视，确保统计报表的准确性。
Objective To investigate the importance of the hospital medical record statistical data and strengthen the management on the clinic medical record statistical data. Methods By System HIS and Guangdong System Medical Record Statistics, examine and verify the defect discharge homepage, the ward daily and the related hospitalization report form data. Results The maloperation on the homepage medical record and the ward daily effects the accurate statistical data. Conclusion In order to keep the accurate statistics report forms, it is necessary to make medical staff think highly of the medical record statistical data.
