摘要
基于近年来绿色金融理论实践的研究成果界定了绿色金融的基本内涵,系统地研究了绿色金融对节能减排的作用机理,并对我国绿色金融实践中存在的突出问题进行了深入探讨,进而结合我国的实际情况有针对性地提出了创建环保政策性银行、实施绿色信贷政策和进行绿色金融产品创新的具体措施。
Based on the research result of green finance theory in recent years, this paper defines the basic connotation of green fi- nance, systematically studies the effect mechanism of green finance on energy conservation and discusses the existing issues of the green finance in the financial practice in China. Based on the practical situation in China, it puts forward some suggestions about the creation of environmental policy banks, the implementation of green credit policy and the innovation of green financial products.
