摘要
目的通过对社区慢性病老人进行慢性病防治知识与行为的调查,为社区开展慢性病综合防治提供依据。方法对上海市闸北区彭浦社区146名老人进行入户面对面问卷调查,其中有103名慢性病老人,包括高血压患者40例、脑卒中患者20例和糖尿病患者43例;43例健康老人作为对照组。结果慢性病老人对慢性病危险因素的平均知晓率为16.04%,对慢性病治疗相关知识平均知晓率为58.13%,对慢性病防治措施平均知晓率为55.83%;能够坚持慢性病规范治疗的占68.13%;慢性病防治知识主要渠道是社区卫生服务中心与亲朋好友,分别为22.60%与30.14%。结论社区慢性病老人对疾病认知不足,社区慢性病相关防治知识宣传不够,慢性病随访监测内容尚不全面,应加强慢性病相关知识的宣传及对社区人群的健康行为指导,为社区慢性病居民提供切实可及的卫生服务。
OBJECTIVE To provide the evidence for the community-based comprehensive chronic diseases prevention by investigating the chronic diseases control knowledge and behavior of the elders in community. METHODS By face to face indoor-investigation with questionnaire to 146 elders, including hypertension 40 cases, stoke 20 cases, diabetes 43 cases, and 43 healthy elders as control in Pengpu community, Zhabei district, Shanghai. RESULTS The investigation showed that the average awareness percentage of the chronic diseases risk factors is 16.04%, the average awareness percentage of the chronic diseases treatment knowledge is 58.13%, the average awareness percentage of the chronic diseases preventive measures is 55.83%, the average routine treatment of the chronic diseases is 68.13%, and the main sources of the chronic diseases knowledge are community health services center, friends and relatives, the percentage is 22.60% and 30.14% separately. CONCLUSIONS the elders are lack of the knowledge about the chronic diseases, the relevant preventive health education is not enough in community, and the follow-up contents of chronic diseases are not comprehensive. In order to provide the feasible and accessible health services for the residents, the health education and behavior guidance of chronic diseases control should be strengthened.
