摘要
为了提高支线飞机的装配效率,提出了基于二进制编码的并行装配序列规划方法,实现产品的并行装配。通过二进制编码来描述产品各零件之间的装配优先关系,定义了带时间约束的装配特征表,使用二进制运算操作来更新装配过程中零件间的优先关系,提出了以缩短装配时间为目标的并行装配序列的生成算法。该算法能缩短产品的装配时间,适用于支线飞机的并行装配规划。国产某型号支线飞机总装实例验证结果表明了该方法的可行性和有效性。
In order to improve the efficiency of regional aircraft assembly, a concurrent assembly sequence planning method based on binary-encoding is presented to realize the concurrent assembly. Assembly priority of parts is described by binary-encoding, assembly feature table with time constraint is defined, and priority of parts is updated in the assembly process with the binary operation. Algorithm of concurrent assembly sequence planning is presented to reduce the assembly time, and the algorithm is illustrated by the example of regional aircraft to reduce the assembly time. This concludes the algorithm of concurrent assembly sequence planning based on binary-encoding is feasible and effective.
