摘要
目的就两种血细胞分析仪与镜检法计数血小板(PLT)进行对比研究。方法分别选取PLT<20×109/L、20~50×109/L、50~100×109/L、100~300×109/L、>300×109/L共5组患者,其中PLT<20×109/L和大于300×109/L为20例,其他3组各30例。分别用SysmexXT-2000i、MEK-6318K和镜检法计数PLT,以镜检法PLT计数为参考。结果当PLT<20×109/L和大于300×109/L,MEK-6318K与镜检法PLT计数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),SysmexXT-2000i与镜检法PLT计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);当PLT在20~50×109/L、50~100×109/L、100~300×109/L时,三者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论当PLT过少、过多时,以及当血细胞分析仪提示PLT分布异常或PLT直方图异常时,要及时地采用手工计数法复核。
Objective To study the two blood cell analyzer and microscopic comparision of platelet count. Methods Select thePLT〈20×10^9/L,20- 50×10^9/L,50-100×10^9/L,100-300×10^9/L,〉300×10^9/Lretrospectively from the patients in 5 groups, among which 20 cases with PLT 〈20 × 10^9/ L and〉 300× 10^9/L were made up as a group,and the other three groups were composed of 30 cases respectively,and microscopic platelet was conducted by means of Sysmex XT-2000i,MEK-6318K,and the result was regarded as a reference. Results When the PLT 〈20× 10^9/L and〉 300 × 10^9/L, the comparison of MEK 6318K and microscopic with the platelet count has a significant difference (P〈0.01), Sysmex XT-2000i and microscopic platelet count were of no significant difference (P〉0.05) ; when PLT at 20 - 50× 10^9/L, 50 - 100 × 10^9/L, 100 - 300×10^9/L, the difference among the three groups was not significant (P〉 0.05). Conclusion When the platelet is too small,too much,and when the blood cell analyzer prompted abnormal platelet distribution or abnormal platelet histogram,it is necessary to review the use of hand-counting method in time.
