摘要
目的:探讨医疗保障制度改革对铁路医院医疗卫生服务量的影响。方法:对医改前后某铁路中心医院2004～2008年门诊与住院工作量变动趋势进行分析。结果:①医改后该院住院工作量得到显著提升;②门急诊诊次明显下降,5年来没有明显的回升趋势。结论:医疗保障制度改革一方面促进了铁路医院的学科发展,提高了工作效率;另一方面对医院如何应对医疗市场的需求与竞争,提升门诊工作量提出了新的课题。
Objective： To explore the effects of medical reform on medical-health service quantity of railway hospital. Methods： Analyzed the changing trend through comparing the medical-health service quantity of outpatient department and inpatient department of someone railway hospital from 2004 to 2008. Results The medical-health service quantity of inpatient department increased, the counterpart of outpatient department decreased and the trend lasted for five years. Conclusion： The medical security system reform promoted the scientifical development and improved the work efficiency of railway hospital, and bring a new topics about how to increase the medical-health service quantity of outpatient department and how to participate in the medical service market competition to hospital.
