摘要
按照传统煎煮法对中药水菖蒲中钙、镉、铬、铜、锌、铁、锰和镁8种元素进行提取;用微孔滤膜分离提取液中的可溶态与悬浮态;利用大孔吸附树脂柱对可溶态中的有机态与无机态进行分离;采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对各种形态中的8种元素含量进行测定.结果显示水菖蒲中8种元素在可溶态中的总提取率在16.89%-89.60%,浸留比在20.64%~848.5%,悬浮态颗粒吸附率在1.36%-33.31%,可溶态中铬的有机态与无机态的比例为129.4%,镁、钙、锰、铁、锌、铜、镉的有机态与无机态的比例在3.42%-72.82%之间.该法对各元素的加标回收率在92.4%-113.2%,相对标准偏差RSD小于2.51%.
The eight elements, Ca, Cd, Cr, Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn and Mg, in Acorus calamus L. have been extracted based on the traditional analytical flowchart program and separated into the water - soluble state and the suspension state by the micro - porous filtering film. The water - soluble state has been divided into the organic state and the inorganic state based on the macro - porous adsorption resin. The elements have been detected by flame atomic adsorption spectrometry (FAAS). The results show that the extractive rates of the elements are in the range of 16.89%--89.60% and immerse - residue ratio in 20.64%--848.5%. the adsorption ratio of suspension state is about 1.36%--33.31%. The ratio of the organic state to the inorganic state of Cr in the water -soluble state is 129.4% and the ratios of Mg, Ca, Mn, Fe, Zn, Cu and Cd are in the range of 3.42%--72.82%. The recovery ratios by the standard addition are in the range of 92.4%--113.2% and the relative standard deviations (RSD) are less than 2.51%.
