摘要
以甲醛、丙酮以及亚硫酸盐为原料合成脂肪族羟基磺酸盐高效减水剂,研究加料顺序、磺化剂和醛酮摩尔比对缩聚反应及产物分散性能的影响。试验表明,当mol(NaHSO3)/mol(C=O)比为0.21、醛酮摩尔比为2.3时合成的减水剂效果最好且能满足配制混凝土的需要。
Aliphatic hydroxyl sulphonate superplasticizer was synthesized by formaldehyde, acetone and sulfite as major materials. The influence of the order of feeding, sulphonation agent and the molar ratio of aldehyde to ketone on polycondensation and product's dispersion performance is studied. Test result shows that when mol (NaHSO3 )/mol( C = O) =0.21 and aldehyde to ketone ratio being 2.3, the superplastieizer has the best performance and can meet the need for concrete mixing.
