离子型土固化材料对膨胀土的加固机理试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用离子型土固化材料对广西南宁膨胀土进行化学加固,通过试验获得不同配合比加固土的化学成分、阳离子交换量和比表面积,对加固土的物理化学性质等进行表征。同时利用扫描电镜观察加固土的微观形貌,并试验测试加固土的膨胀性和强度特性,探讨离子型土固化材料对膨胀土的加固机理。结果表明:离子型土固化材料使得膨胀土的阳离子交换能力和比表面积显著降低,土对水的吸附能力减小,土的结构稳定性得到增强;离子型土固化材料与石灰共同作用,使得膨胀土的层状结构形式改变为粒状结构,土粒之间的联结增强,土-水之间的相互作用体系发生改变,土的胀缩总率和塑性指数明显减小,土的强度和水稳定性得到有效的提高。 Ionic soil stabilizer was used to strengthen the swelling soil of Nanning, Guangxi Province. Chemical composition, cation exchange capacity, and specific surface area were obtained from a series of tests to characterize the physical and chemical performance of the stabilized soils with different mixing ratios. Moreover, the microstructure of stabilized soils was observed from microscope, and the features of expansibility and strength were investigated through tests to find out strengthening mechanism of swelling soil by using ISS. It is found that ( 1 ) the cation exchange capacity and specific surface area of swelling soil can be significantly decreased, the absorbability of soil to water can be decreased and the structural stability of soil can be increased by using ISS; (2) the microstructure of swelling soil can be changed from layered structure to grainy one by adding a certain dosage of ISS and lime into it, which result in the reinforced connection between soil particles, the variation of absorption between soil and water, the obvious decrease of total swelling-shrinking percentage and the plasticity index. Thus the compressive strength and water stability of stabilized soil were effectively improved.
