沟道表面波纹度对球轴承摩擦力矩影响的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 在对沟道波纹度与球轴承摩擦力矩的关系进行试验研究的基础上,分别就外沟道表面波纹度的谐波幅值和谐波阶次对球轴承摩擦力矩的影响程度进行了分析,试验结果表明,在外沟道表面波纹度阶次一定的情况下,外沟道表面波纹度幅值只影响球轴承摩擦力矩波动的最大幅值,不会改变球轴承摩擦力矩最大波动值所对应的激振频率;球轴承摩擦力矩波动激励频率随着外圈沟道表面波纹度的谐波阶次增加而增加。 An experimental study is conducted on the relationship between the raceway waviness and friction torque of ball bearing. Based on the test results, the relationships among friction torque of ball bearing and harmonic amplitude and harmonic order of raceway are analyzed. The test results show that the amplitude of ring waviness only affects the largest fluctuation amplitude of friction torque and can' t change the corresponding incentive frequency under the condition of the waviness order invariable. The incentive frequency of the ball bearing friction torque will increase with the increasing harmonic order of outer raceway waviness.
