摘要 某风电场安装33台1 500 kW的风机机组,采用钻孔灌注桩基础,施工完成后静载试验发现桩基承载力均小于设计值,需进行加固处理。分析了造成桩基承载力低的可能原因和灌浆加固提高桩基承载力的原理,并进行了灌浆加固方案的设计及试验施工。现场试验表明,采用在桩中心钻灌浆孔,可以直观判断桩基的桩身质量及桩端情况,灌浆可有效提高桩基的端阻力和侧阻力,是风机基础加固行之有效的一种处理方法,可为类似工程提供参考。 In a wind farm, 33 wind turbine units are installed with a total capacity of 49. 5MW, for which the foundations are constructed with bored piles. However, the bearing capacities of all the piles are found to be lower than the designed value by the static load test after the construction, and then reinforcement must be made for them. Therefore, the possible causation of the lower bearing capacity and the principle of enhancing the bearing capacity with grouting reinforcement are analyzed herein, furthermore, the design and construction experiment for the scheme of the grouting reinforcement are made as well The experiment shows that if the grouting hole is drilled into the center of the pile, the quality of the pile body and the status of the pile tip for the pile foundation can be intuitively justified, and then the lateral resistance and tip resistance of the pile can be effectively enhanced by the grouting; which is not only an effective treatment for the reinforcement of the wind turbine foundation, but also can be used as a reference for the similar projects concerned.
