水分胁迫下柑桔果皮的生化变化与复水后补偿生长的关系 被引量:3

摘要 比较了控水与正常浇水处理的盆栽柑桔(CitrusreticulataBlanco.ev.Zhuju)果实的果皮中过氧化物酶(POD)、SDS-不可溶性(共价键壁结合)蛋白氨基酸组成、羟脯氨酸(Hpro)含量及SDS-可溶性成分中氨基酸组成与含量。结果表明,柑桔砂囊膨大早期,水分胁迫并未引起果皮中POD活性提高及共价键壁结合结构蛋白在质与量上的明显改变,显示POD介导的细胞壁硬化未被激活,而氨基酸组成中最明显的变化是脯氨酸(Pro)比率大幅提高,这暗示渗透调节已经启动,这些均有利于胁迫果复水后迅速恢复膨大生长。 Peroxidase activities,hydroxyproline contents and amino acid compositions in SDS-ininsoluble (covalently wall-bound) and SDS-soluble extractions from the rind of mandarin variety 'Zhuju' under normal watering (NW) and water stress (WS) treatments were studied. Water stress at early juice sac expansion stage did not induce increase of POD activity or cause any qualitative and quantitative changes in covalently wall-bound structural proteins lit was believed that the POD mediated wall hardening was not activated as normally seen in other tissues or organs of plants. However,water stress caused marked increase in the percentage of proline,denoted that the cells in the rind of a stressed fruit were undergoing an amino acid conversion and synthesizing proline and that osmotic adjustment was taking effect. This was considered to be the cause of accelerated resumption of expansion growth of stressed fruit after re-watering.
