摘要
介绍高温高速染色机的基本特点及失效机理,对检验中发现的染色机缺陷进行了统计分析,发现裂纹类缺陷最多,其次是安全联锁装置缺陷。疲劳、晶间腐蚀等是染色机产生裂纹的主要原因。针对染色机的这些缺陷,从设计、制造、使用、检验检测等方面提出了相应的预防措施。
The essential characteristics and failure mechanism of the high temperature high velocity dyeing machine were introduced. According to the statistical analysis of those defects of dyeing machine,the defect of crack sorts was the main ,the safety interlocking device was the second. Fatigue and intercrystalline corrosion were the main reason which caused those crack. In order to prevent these defects,a lot of preventive measures in terms of design,manufacture,maintenance and inspection were proposed.
