摘要
为降低直驱工业平缝机控制系统的生产成本,对系统的硬件和软件进行优化设计,同时选用成熟可靠且价格低廉的器件。工业平缝机控制系统是一个滞后、时变、非线性的控制系统,传统的双闭环PID控制是建立在对受控对象精确建模的基础上,参数不能随着受控对象的变化而调整,因此难以对系统进行有效控制。针对这一缺陷,设计了一种Fuzzy-PID复合控制器。实验证明,该控制系统能满足工业平缝机制动/启动快,鲁棒性好,定位精确的要求。这一方案现已应用在工业平缝机上,效果令人满意。
In order to reduce the cost of the industrial sewing machine control system, an optimized design scheme with hardware and software is proposed. Mature, reliable and cheap components are selected in this system. The control system of the industrial sewing machine is a hysteretic, time-variant and nonlinear system, which is difficult to control accurately by traditional double-closed-loop PID control algorithm based on a precise model of controlled objects. The key to the point is that the system parameters cannot be adjusted timely when the controlled objects are varied. Aiming at solving this problem, a kind of complex Fuzzy-PID controller is designed. Experiments show that this control system has characteristics of fast start/hold, good rubustness and precise positioning. The new system has been applied in industrial sewing machines, which is quite satisfactory.
