摘要
由于农药的大量和不合理的使用,农药残留已经成为危害人类安全的重要因素之一。对现有的农药残留检测技术进行了总结,并分析了农药残留各项检测技术的原理、优缺点。最后展望了这一研究领域的发展方向。
For the vast and irrational use of pesticide, the problem of pesticide residues becomes one of the important hazards to human heahh. The current detection technologies of pesticide residues were summarized. The principles,advantages and disadvantages of each detection technology of pesticide residues at present were analyzed. And the development trend in the determination of pesticide residues in future was finally predicted.
