激光毛化微凸形模具钢表面摩擦磨损性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用调Q灯泵浦YAG激光器,对模具钢试件表面进行了不同尺寸和分布的微凸体形貌激光毛化加工.在UMT-Ⅱ型多功能摩擦磨损试验机上,进行了模具钢试件不同激光毛化表面形貌之间以及与光滑模具钢试件的摩擦磨损性能对比试验研究.结果表明:在模拟冷冲拉延模具低速重载的工况条件下,不同激光毛化微凸体形貌模具钢在摩擦系数和体积磨损量存在一定的差异,且与未毛化模具钢试样相比,其摩擦系数变大,体积磨损量减小.随着微凸体直径、间距的增大,模具钢表面摩擦系数相应减小,体积磨损量亦逐渐减小.说明激光毛化技术可用于优化模具复杂型面的摩擦特性. Results showed that the friction coefficient and wear volume varied according to the texture of specimens. Compared with unstructured samples, friction coefficient was higher while wear volume was lower under a low speed and heavy pressure conditions to simulate drawing die. With the increasing of the diameter and interspacing of micro - convexes, friction coefficient and wear volume of die steel decreased slowly. The laser - textured specimen showed better friction and wear characteristics than that of smooth specimen.
